Christophe LACHAUX is a Partner of the law firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & PARTNERS. He has twenty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and in corporate finance.

He is specialized in merger operations, transfer of assets, acquisitions and joint-ventures.

With his international experience and background, he advises and acts frequently in cross-border operations and international contracts.

After having started his career in New York, he has been an associate within a French-American law firm in Paris. He then practiced, during eight years, in the legal and tax department of a large international audit group, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate law. Within this law firm, he was assigned for two years in Sao Paulo (Brazil), to head the « European Desk ».

He joined the law firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & PARTNERS in 2005.

He teaches at the Bar School of Paris (EFB).
