Josiane Vidonne worked as a tax specialist at COOPERS & LYBRAND CONSEIL (LANDWELL) from 1990 to 1997, where she acquired practical knowledge of the life of French and international companies and their legal, accounting and tax constraints.

She specialises in particular in corporate taxation, specifically in the field of tax litigation, and taught this subject for several years at the Lyon Law School.

Josiane accompanies clients during verification procedures, interviews and negotiations with representatives of the tax authorities and, where applicable, during litigation proceedings before the administrative or ordinary courts. She also assists business leaders with issues relating to their personal taxation (IRPP and ISF in particular) and files income tax returns for employees impatriated in France by international groups.

As a co-founder of PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS in 2010, Josiane heads up the tax department at the Lyon office of PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS, which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010.

Her experience in business litigation has also led her to train in mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method.

Admitted to the Lyon bar since 1993.
