Having joined the law firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & PARTNERS in 1994, Fiorella VECCHIOLI de FOURNAS, a French-Italian national, participated to its development and expansion.
After a double education (Management and Law), she specialized in banking, corporate and real estate activities, by developing an expertise in litigation and arbitration.
During the fifteen past years, she has been assisting and advising financial organizations (banks, financial institutions, investment companies, UCITS) in order to prevent disputes or to represent them during legal proceedings regarding credit operations and instruments of payment, financial guarantees, trading operations, etc.
She also assists company directors in pre-litigation, litigation or arbitration in the context of their capitalistic operations (transfer of shares, shareholders’ agreements, liability guarantees).
She also developed an advisory activity in the field of real estate management (commercial leases).
