Gérard GUERGUERIAN covered management functions at European level in various companies and was the general counsel of PPG Industries (Europe) and International Paper (Europe).

He participated during the last ten years, with the founder of the group, to the expansion of Atos Origin by handling directly various significant merger operations which have contributed to the success and the creation of one of the first European IT companies. He has negotiated many international infrastructure outsourcing contracts, especially with the main European telecom operators.

With a large experience in international negotiations and in the practice of investment banks and financing institutions involved in such operations, Gérard GUERGUERIAN advises his clients in their European and international operations and in their mergers and acquisitions activities.
