Constance Le Vert joined CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIES in 2018 as partner of the corporate finance / business law department.

After having been a business lawyer during almost 10 years in Paris (law firms Ashusrt and de Pardieu Brocas Maffei), Constance has been working in the legal department of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations (project finance team) for 4 years before becoming head of legal of InfraVia Capital Partners (a French management company of investment funds in infrastructure).

Thanks to her experiences in law firms, Constance intervenes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital market transactions. With the years she spent in the Caisse des dépôts et consignations and InfraVia Capital Partners, she also acquired a significant knowledge in the field of project finance (energy and infrastructure) in France and more broadly in Europe as well as in the fields of the investment funds and management companies.

Therefore, Constance has developed a thin understanding of all the subjects linked to structuring, financing and completion of investments. She mainly advises listed and non listed companies in the finance industry, industrial groups and investment funds within the framework of transactions in France and abroad.
