Erlé Nozac'h has a double university course in law and management, during which he obtained a Master in Corporate Law and Financial Engineering from Lyon 3 University, and a Master in Management from Kedge Business School.

After several internships in law firms, companies or with the Prosecutor's Office, and with an experience as an in-house lawyer in the Energy Legal Department of EDF, he joined the firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE in April 2021.

He is mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private equity, as well as in contract law.
