Partner at CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE since January 1, 2015, Geoffroy DIDIER is a member of the Paris and New York Bars. He began his professional career in 2002 as a business law associate at SKADDEN ARPS SLATE MEAGHER & FLOM in New York. Returning to France in 2004 after four years in the United States, he joined the Paris law firm VEIL JOURDE, where he worked with Jean VEIL in the area of business criminal law. Geoffroy DIDIER returned to the bar in early 2015 after being called upon to take up a position in a ministerial office.
His practice focuses mainly on business law, in French and English, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and changes or restructuring of shareholding structures, notably in the negotiation and drafting of agreements for the transfer of corporate rights, shareholders' agreements, asset and liability guarantees and their implications for corporate law.
He is also involved in business litigation, advising and assisting company directors and financial institutions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007.
