Mazars Société d’Avocats is strengthening its presence in Paris at the offices of the law firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE (CARLARA) at 61 rue des Belles Feuilles (16th arrondissement) to accelerate its development in corporate M&A, banking and finance and employment law.

Success for CARLARA’s Restructuring division

On September 27, French home shopping specialist La Belle Vie was selected by the Paris Commercial Court to take over the activities of Frichti, a meal delivery expert that had been placed in receivership last May. After being bought out by Gorillas in 2022, and then held by Getir following the Turkish giant’s acquisition of the German group, the French start-up was facing financial difficulties that jeopardized its future. To take over Frichti, La Belle Vie has put €30,000 on the table, to which must be added a provision of €450,000. The group also undertook to take over 168 of Frichti’s 334 employees and to retain 4 logistics centers, as well as 14 of the 18 company restaurants.
