Frédéric MAURY is a partner in charge of the Corporate Restructuring department.
He mainly works on amicable proceedings (ad hoc mandates and conciliation), as well as insolvency proceedings, restructurings, and transactions involving distressed assets. He also assists potential buyers in takeover bids under disposal plans, as well as executives in litigation related to collective proceedings.
Frédéric also advises his clients on company acquisitions and disposals.
