Henri de Beauregard holds a master's degree in public law and a post-graduate diploma in political science, and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2002.

A former Secretary of the Conférence du Stage (2004), he worked with the criminal law firm of Jean-Marc and Alexandre Varaut before founding his own firm in 2007.

With a dual public/criminal law background, he has acquired recognized expertise in :

General criminal law (misdemeanors and felonies) and special criminal law,
Business criminal law (bankruptcy, ABS, fraud), directors' and officers' liability,
Press law (defamation, insult),
State liability (excess of power, gross negligence on the part of the public service, etc.)
He also handles traditional liability litigation.

Counsel to several trade associations (Syndication National des Discothèques et Lieux de loisirs, APIIH...), Henri de Beauregard also assists numerous associations (Equipes d'Action contre le Proxénétisme, Associations familiales...), elected officials (local and national), and many business leaders.
