Mathilde Fontaine holds a Master's degree in Competition and Consumer Law from the University of Montpellier I, and subsequently completed several internships with Parisian law firms and in the courts.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, she has developed a practice in banking law, business criminal law and insolvency law. She masters litigation techniques before civil and criminal courts.
