Valérie has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2005.
She joined the Paris Bar in September 2014 and became a member of the law firm Carbonnier, Lamaze, Rasle in December 2014. The expertise she brings to their team is in the area of litigation matters. She focuses on responding to the needs of the firm’s Franco-Belgian clients (B2B and B2C) .
Her legal skills cover more specifically the areas of obligations and contracts, commercial law, rental and commercial leases and copyright.
Additionally, Valerie trained in Collaborative Law i.e. amicable conflict resolution methods. Combining these techniques with a deep insight of her client’s situation and a global knowledge of the law, she is able to considerably reduce both the length and costs of traditional legal procedures.
Valérie Lejeune is also active in the academic world. Since 2011 she is in charge of teaching a course of “Legislation & Introduction to Intellectual Property Rights” as well as the “Legal Methodology” course at the Institut Jean-Pierre Lallemand (Brussels) since 2011.
