Our multidisciplinary team is profoundly influenced by EU law (reflected in its dual presence in Paris and Brussels) and by the intertwining of consumer law and product regulation. We assist our Clients, both in terms of advice and litigation – before the Courts and the supervisory authorities – on all matters relating to their activity vis-à-vis consumers and non-professionals, in France and internationally.

The lawyers of the Consumer team provide our Clients with their expertise and in-depth knowledge of the retail sector and markets in order to advise and assist them at all stages of their activity: audit, authorisation, compliance, product launch, opening of their e-commerce site (‘webshop’), development and construction of their sales, advertising and sales promotion policies, recall, product liability, assistance and representation before the authorities, etc.
